Security Deposit and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. That is why we have made our rates and cancellation policies more flexible, so we can adapt to different circumstances.

If something goes wrong and we cannot provide the reserved apartment, we will offer another one with similar or better features. If we cannot reach an agreement, we will cancel the contract and refund all payments made, except for any days already enjoyed.

Deposit guarantee and possible charges

  • Damages or breach of house rules: according to assessment and contract

  • Door opening outside office hours or at weekends: €80

  • Lost keys or keys left inside the lock: full cost of the locksmith service

  • Special cleaning due to poor condition of the apartment: €150

  • Smoking inside the apartment: €1,000

Smoking, parties and pets are not permitted unless expressly authorised by Madrid Rental Flats.
